3rd Quarterly Board of Directors Meeting will be held in Paducah, Kentucky at 10am local time.Comfort suites 3819 Coleman crossing circle paducah ky 42001 We have 20 rooms that have 2 queens and 200 rooms with kings they do have breakfast cut off for room reservations is june 30th. Rooms are 110 a night we have them for Friday and sat for those wanting to come down Friday. The rooms can be canceled before july 25th without a penalty if they want to call the hotel directly the number is 270-408-8800 just make sure they tell the clerk they are with the kentucky motorcycle association.
The BOD Sunday will he at VFW post 1191 1127 Washington street paducah ky 42003
They will more then likely have a lady behind the bar to serve soft drinks and some sort of food for those who would like to purchase anything
Fancy farm picnic: Based on last years times sat it will officially start at 10am the political speaking with be around 2 pm. I will update that as I get more info
