By registering for the K*ll pride club meetup, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk: Participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other unforeseen risks. By registering for the Event, you voluntarily assume all such risks.
2. Waiver of Liability: You hereby waive, release, and discharge K*ll pride club, inc. the K*ll pride co., its affiliates, partners, sponsors, and all related individuals or entities involved in the organization of the Event (collectively referred to as "Organizers"), from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise out of or in connection with your participation in the Event.
3. Medical Authorization: In the event of injury or illness during the Event, you authorize the Organizers to seek and obtain medical treatment on your behalf if deemed necessary. You agree to be responsible for any associated medical expenses.
4. Photography and Recording: You consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice in photographs, recordings, or any other media captured during the Event for promotional, marketing, or other related purposes by the Organizers.
5. Compliance with Rules: You agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the Organizers before, during, and after the Event.
6. Cancellation or Modification: The Organizers reserve the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule the Event at their discretion. In such cases, refunds may be subject to the Organizers' policies.
7. No Guarantee of Safety: While the Organizers will make reasonable efforts to ensure the safety of participants, they do not guarantee a risk-free environment, and you acknowledge that some risks may be beyond their control.
8. Legal Age: By registering for the Event, you confirm that you are of legal age to participate in such activities in your jurisdiction.
