Nun kommen suite42 in das tak Theater Aufbau Kreuzberg um ihre interaktive Hörspiel-Promenaden- Performance mit Kopfhörern im öffentlichen Raum aufzuführen – mit Roland Bonjour (»Another German Tank Story«) und Stefan Stern.
Erneut hat suite24 dazu Texte aus Chris Thorpes aufrüttelndem Bühnentext »Jedes kann das letzte Mal sein« übersetzt und adaptiert, und Tommy Neuwirth hat Thorpes Liedtexte umgesetzt. In den Straßen rund um das tak Theater Aufbau Kreuzberg findet zum ersten Mal das Treffen einer Gruppe Auserwählter im Geheimen statt. Der Klima-Katastrophen-Fall ist eingetreten und sie verabschieden sich von ihrem bisherigen Leben. Sie reflektieren Möglichkeiten, die ihnen zum Überleben noch bleiben, aber besonders betrachten sie das, was sie, was wir alle auf der Welt geschaffen haben und hinterlassen. Warum gerade das und warum gerade so? Warum war es uns unmöglich, ein Leben im Einklang mit Natur und Klima zu führen? Wer waren sie und zu was oder wem werden sie jetzt? Kann Solidarität die Antwort sein?

Der Autor Chris Thorpe ist selbst auch Performer und stammt aus Manchester. Neben zahlreichen Kooperationen mit dem Unlimited Theatre, der Performance Gruppe Third Angel und der portugiesischen Gruppe mala voadora entstanden Arbeiten für das Forest Fringe, die BBC und das Belarus Free Theatre.

Dieses Projekt ist ganz konkret an ALLE gerichtet, denn es geht ALLE an, es schließt ALLE ein.

"ALWAYS MAY BE THE LAST TIME"

Now, suite42 is coming to the tak Theater Aufbau Kreuzberg to perform their interactive audio play promenade performance with headphones in public space – featuring Roland Bonjour ("Another German Tank Story") and Stefan Stern.

Once again, suite24 has translated and adapted texts from Chris Thorpe's stirring stage play "Everything Could Be the Last Time," and Tommy Neuwirth has set Thorpe's song lyrics to music. For the first time, a group of chosen individuals will meet in secret in the streets surrounding the tak Theater Aufbau Kreuzberg. The climate catastrophe has occurred, and they bid farewell to their former lives. They reflect on the possibilities that remain for their survival, but above all, they consider what they, what we all, have created and left behind in the world. Why this, and why in this particular way? Why was it impossible for us to live in harmony with nature and the climate? Who were they, and what or whom will they become now? Can solidarity be the answer?

The author, Chris Thorpe, is also a performer and hails from Manchester. In addition to numerous collaborations with Unlimited Theatre, the performance group Third Angel, and the Portuguese group Mala Voadora, he has created works for the Forest Fringe, the BBC, and the Belarus Free Theatre.

This project is specifically addressed to EVERYONE, because it concerns EVERYONE, it includes EVERYONE.
