The Aspaklaria Trio* (dean of Boston Klezmer Hankus Netsky, vocalist Rabbi Jessica Kate Meyer and clarinetist Itay Dayan) is joined by Israeli musician Neta Weiner for a rousing evening spanning klezmer’s origins and new compositions.
Featuring music preserved by Morris Hollender (192?-2015) alongside contemporary works, this concert will give you new appreciation of klezmer’s origins and its future.
