Az épületekhez hasonlóan a zeneművek is apró alkotóelemekből állnak. Hangokból, hangszínekből, a zene egyetemes törvényeinek engedelmeskedve – néha pedig azokat áthágva. De hogyan épülnek egymásra a zene építőkövei? Miként támogatják és színesítik egymást az egyes hangszerek és szólamok? Hogyan lesz több a zene, mint részeinek összessége? Többek között ezekre a kérdésekre kaphatunk választ a Hangvár programsorozat eseményein, miközben a hangszerek működésének rejtelmeibe is betekintést nyerünk. Sőt! Még tippeket is kaphatunk saját ökohangszerek készítésére.Négy hangszer, a lehetőségek száma mégis végtelen. De miben különbözik a hangszerek közötti dinamika egy klasszikus vonósnégyes és egy jazzkvartett esetében, és hogyan változik meg, ha zeneművet cserélnek? Kiderül a Hangvár következő állomásán.

Just like buildings, pieces of music are constructed from small component parts. From sounds and from tones that obey the universal laws of music – and sometimes break them. But how are the building blocks of music assembled? In what way do individual instruments and solo parts support and complement each other? How is music able to become more than just the sum of its parts? The events of the Soundcastle programme series will provide us with answers to all these questions and more, while we will also get an insight into the inner workings of the instruments. What is more, we can also receive tips on how to make our own eco-instruments. Four instruments, an infinite number of possibilities. Yet in terms of the dynamic of the instruments, what differences are there between a classic string quartet or a jazz quartet, and what changes if the two ensembles swap pieces of music? All will be revealed in this edition of Soundcastle.
