Good news to the valiant English debaters of the Dhaka University circuit! Prepare yourselves for the arena, for KJHDC Colosseum 1431: The Second Edition, an intra-DU English British Parliamentary open, is set to take place on the 6th of July. The grand event will be hosted in person at the Kabi Jasimuddin Hall premise, where intellectual gladiators will clash in a battle of wits and rhetoric. Just as in the previous edition, this tournament is exclusively for teams from Dhaka University, ensuring a concentrated and fierce practice ground for English debates.
In this modern Colosseum, debaters will battle with words as their weapons and ideas as their armor. Sharpen your arguments and prepare your strategies for the ultimate intellectual showdown. Are you ready to seize the glory?
● Tournament Format: British Parliamentary
● Team Cap: 12
● Team Category: Open (both debaters must be from DU)
● Rounds: 3 preliminary rounds, Final Break
● Registration Fee: 500 BDT (per team)
● Acknowledgements: Champion team, Runner-up team, and Debater of the Tournament
