I am beyond excited to announce that José Canossa, from Portugal, is coming to Worcester in September to run an unforgettable Kizomba Workshop as well as a Zumba® Masterclass!
José is an internationally renowned Kizomba and Zumba Presenter for well over a decade and a celebrated ZIN with a unique, powerful style and a heart that shines through every movement. He inspires, he uplifts, and he brings music to life in a way that you feel deep inside. This is your chance to experience that magic.
Some of you will remember that José visited Wales in January this year—the energy, the connection, the love in the room… it was a masterclass that stayed with us.
And because of the incredible welcome he received, José is so excited to come back to UK and dance with us again and this time will be in Worcester!
What is a Kizomba Workshop?
Kizomba is a beautiful, soulful dance style that originated in Angola — known for its smooth, grounded movements and deep connection to the rhythm and emotion of the music.
In this workshop, international presenter Ze Canossa will guide you through the essence of Kizomba as a solo experience — focusing on body movement, musicality, rhythm, and expression. You’ll learn how to flow with the music, find your natural style, and move with confidence and grace.
No partner is needed — this session is all about feeling the music within, embracing your individuality, and enjoying the uplifting spirit of dance. Whether you’re completely new to Kizomba or just love exploring new dance styles, Ze will take you on a journey of rhythm, connection, and joy.
