This year our conference is at the University of Worcester, Seriously Strange is going to be a great, fun weekend. Twenty of the top speakers in the field today have come together to discuss everything from ghosts to vampires, poltergeist to UFOs.We have a variety of academic speakers and lay researchers and a blend of accessible and more academic talks. See the top experts debating anomalous phenomena and have a chance to get involved in the debates. Give your opinion on the burning questions of the day, or just sit back and watch the debate unfold around you.
Centrally located with excellent road, rail, and air links Worcester is easy to reach from anywhere in the UK,
and the world. Birmingham, Bristol and Cardiff are all within easy reach, as are Herefordshire, Shropshire, and the Black Country. The city rail links are excellent and have recently improved by the opening of the new Worcester Parkway station which strengthened connections to Nottingham, Cardiff and London.
We start off the weekend with a special event on the Friday evening, a ghost tour in Worcester, You can book on our booking page. The ghost tour will start at 7.00pm and will last approx 1 hour. Gala Evening
We will be having a Gala Evening at the University. There is a fully stocked bar to purchase drinks. There will be food, a disco and very amusing entertainment. Tickets are £30.00 per person
Book early for our Gala evening, as these places are limited and sell out fast.

You can book accommodation for the conference through us, staying at the University from the 21st August until 24th August 2026
