Kizomba Fusion Mondays - Embodied Rhythms Dance Classes

Kiz is a slow, close partner dance from Angola. It moves like a shared walk — grounded steps, weight flowing between two bodies, a connection that's less about patterns and more about listening through contact. The music is the heart of it: traditional Kiz, Ghetto Zouk, R&B and soul slowed into something warm and intimate. On Mondays, we teach the dance from the beginning — how to find your weight in your own body, how to walk with a partner, how to move together without forcing the next step. There's nothing to get right on the first night. You come in, you listen, you move. The dance teaches you the rest.
