โซ๏ธ30mins practice to apply anything you've learnt and to have fun on the beat
You'll work on:
Frame, posture, stepping and how to work the floor, hip moves, ginga and banga, Do's and don'ts + musicality
Fancy moves come after understanding the dance itself, how the body moves and how to play with the music.
Good foundations make a good house โ๏ธ
Don't forget to bring your personality to the dancing and to have fun โ๐ฝ
Beginners friendly - recommended for improver dancers
