Guided by a Peacemaker Yoga Studio instructor, the class emphasizes gentle movement, relaxation, and stress relief in a welcoming environment for all experience levels. Animal Lovers Rescue brings the kittens, offering safe socialization while supporting their mission to find loving forever homes. Event proceeds directly benefit rescue operations and veterinary care.
