Kitty Steadman
Singer-songwriter Kitty Steadman has spent the better part of a decade carving her own path through the Americana scene — equal parts grit, heart, and wanderlust. Known for her powerhouse vocals and vivid storytelling, Kitty first made waves as the frontwoman and primary songwriter for Drop Dead Dangerous, the high-energy Southern rock and roots outfit that earned a devoted following across the country.
While her time with the band shaped her voice and drive, Kitty’s solo work reveals a new depth — more personal, more honest, and more her. Her songs balance edge and empathy, celebrating resilience and connection with a voice that feels lived-in and true.
From the songwriter rounds of Nashville to the sun-soaked stages of Key West, Kitty’s shows blend energy, intimacy, and community. Her fans — lovingly known as the Steadheads — have followed her through every musical chapter, from rowdy full-band anthems to stripped-down storytelling nights. Her forthcoming project, The Orchid, recorded in Key West, marks the next evolution of her sound: rooted in her past, but boldly blooming into something entirely her own.
Eric Erdman
Eric Erdman is a guitar slinging troubadour. His lyrics paint stories that are introspective and deep, quirky but palatable. His songs have fresh hooks that somehow draw listeners in like old friends. Eric has penned the theme song for “Drag Race High” , his song “Stone’s Throw” is a hit for the Red Clay Strays (and is featured on both the Strays’ “Moments to Remember” (RIAA Certified Gold) and “Live at The Ryman” albums as well as the CBS’ hit show “The Road”), his song “Caddo County” (with Dave Cobb and The Red Clay Strays is featured on the 2025 Grammy nominated / 2025 AMA nominated “Twisters” soundtrack) . He is the 2026 Mobile Arts Council Musical Artist of the year, the 15X (2010-2024) Lagniappe Awards Solo Musician of the Year, 2021 Southland Music Line Musician of the Year, 5X TRMA Songwriter of the year and co-writer of the 2021 TRMA Song of the Year , “The Wave” and Single of the Year “Family Tree”.
James Adkins
Rooted in the heart of Americana, James Adkins crafts songs that echo the rich traditions of folk, bluegrass, and roots music while speaking with a voice that is distinctly his own. Based in Ohio, James has spent the last two decades honing his sound—equal parts heartfelt storytelling, intricate musicianship, and a deep respect for the American musical tradition.
Whether performing solo or sitting in on guitar, mandolin, or bass with regional bands, James brings an honest and seasoned presence to every stage. His original songs blend thought-provoking lyrics with melodic textures that resonate with fans of John Prine, Gillian Welch, and Jason Isbell.
A seasoned live performer, James has played everywhere from listening rooms to festivals across the Eastern U.S., and he’s always looking for new connections and places to share his music. He’s currently expanding his touring base, including more shows throughout the Southeast.
