Join us for a paws-itively adorable yoga experience! 🧘‍♀️🐾
Enjoy a relaxing yoga and mindful movement session with the world's most delightful assistants—kittens and cats! 🐱 Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this all-levels class will be guided by UnitedYogiLexi at ICAS. As you flow through your practice, the curious kitties may join you on your mat or hop up for some cuddle time on your lap. It’s a yoga class with an extra dose of cuteness!

The kittens and cats also reap the benefits! These cuddly furballs thrive on the socialization, attention, and love from the attendees. The event provides them with stimulation and helps them feel more comfortable and confident—perfect for those looking to adopt. It’s a true win-win: humans get a delightful yoga session, and the cats get socialized and loved in a cozy environment!
ABOUT THE EVENT:
This isn’t your typical yoga class. As you stretch and breathe, the playful kitties roam around, curious about your movements. Some may even decide to join you on the mat for a furry companion, or snuggle up in your lap. Whether you're here for the yoga or the kittens, you're sure to leave with a smile on your face. Join us the last saturday of every month!
DONATIONS:
Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot early! We ask for a $15 donation or large, new, dry dog or cat food donations to help support our furry friends at the shelter.
RECOMMENDED DONATION ITEMS:
- Large, New, Dry Dog or Cat Food (This is the main item the shelter is asking for)
WHAT TO BRING:
- Your donation (cash or items)
- A yoga mat (Limited mats available, so feel free to bring your own!)
- An open mind (and maybe a little extra love for our furry friends!)
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and get settled. Cats are provided, mats are limited, and love is guaranteed! 😻
