Kitten Yoga
Stretch, breathe, and share your mat with playful cats and kittens!
During Kitten Yoga, you’ll move through a gentle practice while adoptable kittens wander, pounce, and curl up nearby. All experience levels are welcome.
Your reservation helps cover food, medical supplies, and vet care for our rescue cats and kittens. Each session at the Cattyshack Lounge also gives these little ones more chances to meet their future families.

Mill Kat Healing Arts is home to independent practitioners of the movement and healing arts. They offer Massage Therapy, Counseling, Reiki, Yoga, Dance Classes and Socials, Event Rentals, Wellness Retreats, and more! Founder, Kat Philips, created Mill Kat Healing Arts to serve as a safe space for healing and community activities. We believe in providing a place where folks can feel welcome and supported. Kat, herself, is a massage therapist and yoga instructor who specializes in working with clients who have chronic pain, and a wide range of ability levels and limitations.
