Ready to experience the cutest most relaxing yoga class on the planet?You know that yoga is great to stretch out tight muscles and to offer more mobility within your joints. You know it’s relaxing and allows you to let go of the stresses of the day. Now… Let’s add something cute and furry for your entertainment during a relaxing Yin yoga class.

We are thrilled to offer you kitten yoga! Partnered with the Humane Educational Society.
During this one of a kind kitten yoga experience:
🐱A relaxing Yin yoga class led by our own Michele Steves.
🐱Guided breath work to relax the nervous system.
🐱Purring kittens tickling your toes as you reach down in a forward fold
🐱A kitten toy thrown past you while a cute fuzzy friend jumps over your leg to tackle the toy.
🐱Lots of laughter, ah inspiring moments, and cute cuddly fuzz balls walking around and on you.
Kitten yoga is a great way to try something new, relax the nervous system, promote joy through laughter and cuteness, and to support the Humane Educational Society in finding these kittens loving homes.
Join Kitten Yoga Friday, October 4 at 6 PM Eastern in the Center.
Your donation to the kittens well-being as well as your own joy and laughter is $33. The proceeds help to fund this event as well as taking care of our furry friends.
** you must pre-register for this event due to spots being limited.**
This specialty event is open to all bodies. No yoga experience necessary. It is for you, wishing to have a little escapism from a busy day to just stretch your smart body, and play with some kittens.
