Kitten Pilates and Play Therapy
About this Event
Kitten Pilates class is a playful, low-pressure workout that blends traditional mat exercises with the therapeutic presence of free-roaming, adoptable, rescue kittens. Rather than focusing on high-intensity training, these sessions prioritize mindful movement, socialization, and joyful play.
🏵Each session includes a 45-minute kitten cuddle sesh followed by a 40-minute pilates session for all levels🐈
What to expect in the 90 min session?
When you arrive, bring a yoga mat. For the first 30 minutes, entice adorable kittens with wand toys and other kitten favorites. Gain their trust with play time to earn cuddles and affection.
During the 40-minute pilates session, expect a full-body flow with a focus on light core work, stretching, and breathing. No pilates experience needed. Kittens will be free-roaming and naturally curious. If you are lucky, kitten(s) may choose to lay or play with you during the session.
End with 15 minutes of kitten play time.
