KITT Aruba 2026 Deposit (Reserves 1 Spot)

This Participation Agreement applies to KITT Aruba 2026 and governs all payments, cancellations, and participation in the experience. By approving this proposal and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Trip Minimum
This experience requires a minimum number of confirmed guests to proceed. If the minimum is not met by February 20, 2026, all payments made, including the deposit, will be fully refunded. Once the trip minimum is met and the trip is confirmed on February 20, 2026, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Deposit & Payments
A $300 deposit is required to secure your spot. Once the trip minimum is met, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Remaining payments must be made according to the established payment schedule. Late payments may result in forfeiture of your spot.

Payment Schedule (Total $1,600)

• $300 deposit due at booking to reserve your spot
• $325 due April 15, 2026
• $325 due June 15, 2026
• $325 due August 15, 2026
• $325 due September 1, 2026 (final payment)

Guest may pay ahead of time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made on or before June 1, 2026 may be eligible for a partial refund of payments made beyond the deposit, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred on your behalf.

Cancellations made after June 1, 2026 are non-refundable due to financial commitments made to vendors and accommodations.

Waitlist & Replacement
If a cancellation occurs and a replacement guest is confirmed, refunds may be issued at the discretion of the host, less any applicable administrative or non-recoverable costs.

Late Payments
There is a 5-day grace period after each due date. If payment is not made by the end of the grace period, reservations may be cancelled and payments forfeited per the cancellation policy (spots will be offered to the waitlist).

Travel Requirements
Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements, including possessing a valid passport.

Assumption of Risk
Participation is voluntary. Guests acknowledge personal responsibility for their travel and activities during the trip.

By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
