On Sunday, October 4, 2026, Bingemans Ballroom in Kitchener becomes the place to be for engaged couples across the region. Spend the afternoon meeting the best local wedding professionals KW has to offer: photographers, florists, caterers, venues, decorators, DJs, formal wear designers, limos, photobooths and more.
Come with your questions, your ideas, your future spouse, your moms, your MOH. Come ready to get things done.
Prizes Worth Showing Up For
Every engaged couple who attends is will receive a ballot to win a Trip for 2 to Ireland, valued at over $7,000, courtesy of Royal Irish Tours, Shine Travel, and The Wedding Ring. That draw happens Monday, November 9, 2026 and covers every Wedding Ring Expo this fall season. More shows attended means more chances to win.

Tickets
General Admission: FREE until midnight on October 1, 2026. Walk-ins welcome at the door for $10 per person.
VIP Tickets: $30 for 2 people. Skip the line, grab an upgraded SWAG bag, and earn additional ballot entries into the grand prize draw. Additional VIP Guests are $10 per person.
