About this Event
The UDC College of Agriculture, Urban Sustainability, and Environmental Sciences (CAUSES) offers this in-person introductory course to equip food service vendors with the essential tools to operate commercial kitchen equipment. This certificate course explores the competencies every foodservice professional should possess: proper management and maintenance of a food service business and its equipment.
Who Should Attend: This training is designed exclusively for individuals who intend to operate within a UDC commercial kitchen facility, including vendors and UDC partners involved with farmers markets and/or commercial kitchen operations.

Payments must be received on or by the first day of the training.
Credential Earned: This is a non-credit-bearing course. A certificate will be issued to participants who complete the training session.
