Kitchen Flex Series: Abs Made in the Gym are Uncovered in the KitchenKitchen Flex is designed to get you on track to achieve the health results you are looking for. • Make three new recipes each class
• Learn new kitchen eating strategies
• Sign up for one class, some or all
• Enroll and participate in all four classes and receive 50 points in the YMCA360 app
This series of hands-on classes will be held weekly from 10:00AM-11:30AM on Wednesdays January 15-March 5. Each class will be offered twice at alternating locations (Downtown Y and Andover Y) to provide you with options for both location and date.
