Executive Chef Ricki and his team will be cooking and plating each dish in front of you there will be opportunities throughout the evening to ask about the development process and the meticulous process of sourcing ingredients, whilst tasting them! The dishes served have gone through the development stages in the kitchen, with consideration to texture, seasonality, presentation and much, much more.
