This is experiential dining at its best, where you will watch and engage with the Chefs whilst they create, evolve, and develop a memorable menu right before your eyes.
Executive Chef Ricki and his team will be cooking and plating each dish in front of you there will be opportunities throughout the evening to ask about the development process and the meticulous process of sourcing ingredients, whilst tasting them!
