Kirtan is a sacred call-and-response type of singing that is offered as a devotional practice. Let your heart shine and your voice be heard as we chant the divine names and bask in each others' light. As Shubal says, "You can't sing and think at the same time. Kirtan helps us quiet the mind and experience more peace in our lives."A kirtan musician for over 30 years, Shubalananda Saraswati (Larry Kopp) has been leading kirtan and singing bhajan internationally for almost half of his life. He has led kirtan for thousands of people over the years and shared the stage with Krishna Das, Ram Dass, along with his gurus.
Shubal, along with many other wonderful musicians, will be blistering the paint and rocking the rafters as usual.
