Nada Yoga is the Yoga of Sound and is used to balance the body, mind and spirit. Connect with your higher self and experience bliss. Join me, Yogi Manu, for this kundalini raising kirtan experience. Immerse yourself in divine vibrations.
First we will start with pranayama breathing, then I will lead the kirtan playing the harmonium and singing Sanskrit mantras. You may sing/chant them with me, silently meditate, practice asana or lie down.
Bring a yoga mat, mediation pillow and blanket.
Wednesdays 7:30-8:30pm.
