Join us for a special celebration Kirtan! It has been one year of Kirtan Soulfests at Bhakti Studio and we want to celebrate with all of you! Expect the same soulful kirtans but in addition we have special activities such as henna, snacks and treats, and a special dinner!

WHAT TO EXPECT

Kirtan Soulfest is simply a transcendental party guaranteed to uplift you mentally, physically and emotionally. The sacred mantras chanted in a call and response manner is the prescribed method given in the Vedas to link the inner divinity within all of us. This link connects us to the real happiness, peace and love we are all searching for.

WHAT IS MANTRA MEDITATION?

Mantra Meditation is a type of Sound Bath and Yoga which is an immersive experience combining powerful soundwaves and group singing/chanting to help individuals better connect with their inner selves. Yoga means to unite, Mantra Meditation will help unite your mind to your body and soul.

The sounds and singing during a Mantra Meditation session are an invitation to journey into a deeper state of consciousness as an opportunity to gain perspective on what's going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep relaxation, restoration and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.

Mantra Meditation is a growing movement in North America derived from ancient Vedic traditions and is applicable to everyone. However, some examples of individuals who might greatly benefit from Mantra Meditation are:
