Music meditation soothes the heart and soul! We offer free meditation for whoever feels like they may benefit (and that's everyone). Mantra meditation, kirtan, yoga breathing, nice people, and refreshments. Easy going, friendly, and enlightening. First timers are very welcome!

We are Ramai & Alaya and we have been offering mantra meditation and kirtan classes in Oregon since 2021. We have been practicing this type of meditation for over 20 years. We love freely sharing the gift of the yoga philosophy lifestyle with others. Our relaxed classes are open to anyone, and consist of a guided meditation, deep yoga breathing, seated yoga poses, Gauranga breathing, and music meditation--otherwise known as kirtan!

If you have never experienced this type of meditation, or any type, but you are looking for a new experience and for inner peace, de-stressing, relieving your anxiety, and finding spiritual nourishment--join us for a class or two.
