About this Event
Join Moksha Jyoti of Moss & Moksha for a vibrant and heart-opening evening of embodied kirtan.
This is not a quiet, passive experience — it’s an embodied, rhythmic, communal singing circle rooted in the Bhakti Yoga tradition.
Together we’ll chant simple mantras, drum, clap, and sing like a living choir. Expect a warm, earthy, tribal-inspired atmosphere where voices weave together, rhythms pulse, and music becomes a shared prayer.
What makes this gathering unique:
- Earthy, tribal-inspired kirtan with drums, shakers, movement, and communal rhythm
- A welcoming, inclusive community atmosphere where you can sing loudly, softly, or simply listen
- Optional reflection & sharing to deepen connection and belonging
- Shakers & small instruments provided
- Children 8+ welcome — a beautiful way for young ones to explore rhythm and voice (please supervise your child)
We’ll journey from quiet meditation into ecstatic sound, rhythm, and spontaneous movement — letting the body express what words cannot.
No musical or mantra experience is needed. All beliefs and backgrounds who are open to chanting and vibing together are welcome. Just bring your voice, your breath, and your openness to be moved.
This offering is open to families and children who are comfortable with sound, music, singing, and moments of stillness. Children may attend free of charge when accompanied and cared for by a caregiver. Please reach out if cost is an issue or you need a discount. No one turned back for lack of funds.
