We begin by gently relaxing the body and mind with:

• Simple Gauranga breathing exercises
• Japa meditation using mala beads
• Nourishing reflections and Food For Thought for the heart and soul

From there, allow the joy of music, mantra, and movement to uplift your spirit in a vibrant and deeply healing Kirtan experience.
