Join Lindy for a heart-opening Bhakti Yoga experience through Kirtan, sacred call-and-response chanting rooted in devotion and sound. This offering invites you into a shared space of prayer, remembrance, and connection, where voice becomes a bridge between the personal and the collective. No prior experience is needed; simply come as you are, listen, chant, or rest in the vibrations as we awaken the light within together.Lindy’s path to yoga and sound healing began through her own healing journey after experiencing trauma during her time in the service, followed by a car accident in 2000. In her recovery, she discovered meditation with sound as a powerful tool for restoring balance, resilience, and inner peace.
In 2011, Lindy completed her first yoga teacher training to better understand how to support long-term health and freedom from pain in both mind and body, while deepening her studies in Bhakti Yoga (Kirtan), the yoga of devotion and sacred sound.
In 2017, Lindy traveled to India, where she became certified in Sound Healing and various meditation practices, expanding her understanding of the profound healing power of vibration, harmony, and resonance. Upon returning, she joined Vibrant Wellbeing Center for Wellness, working closely with clients and patients for seven years. During this time, she witnessed firsthand how sound positively influences all systems of the body.
These experiences inspired Lindy to create her own Sound Healing Certification Course, designed to guide and certify those who feel called to share this sacred healing modality with confidence, safety, and integrity.
