Come & join us on Monday 23rd February, 6.30-8pm. We share these gatherings twice a month. Sally, Chris & I have been sharing Kirtan in Bulkington for over 2 years now - some of you have been with us from the beginning & other people are more recent. YOU ARE ALL WELCOME!
What to expect:
Expect a warm welcome & a gorgeous community!
We will share mantra 🕉️ & songs with you. No experience is needed.
Singing, humming & sharing sound together can gave a beautiful affect on our nervous system - calming, relaxing & a feeling of deep connection, peace & love. This is a non-religious practice. Everyone is welcome.
There is no need to pre-book, simply come along, it’s a suggested £10 donation per person.
What to bring:
Bring yourself, an open heart, curiosity & a drink. Warming herbal teas are available too!
Bring anything to enhance your seated comfort. Cushions, blankets etc. Chairs are available.
We ask everyone to remove their shoes before entering the room - comfy socks are a great idea. The room is warm & the ground is carpeted.
There is free & easy parking onsite.
We are in the Arden room - turn right as you enter the building & you’ll see our sign near the room.
