Kirtan Gathering

We invite you to join us this Sunday—and every Sunday- for Kirtan at 2:00 PM.
Feel free to come and go as you need. We begin shortly after 2:00 PM, gently settling into our practice of singing ancient mantras that heal and uplift the mind, body, and soul.

Repeating the mantras as they are sung not only quiets the mind, it gives the body something meaningful to do—helping it to relax. The breathwork that naturally arises through chanting acts much like seated meditation: it anchors the mind and body, allowing awareness to shift away from who we think we are and toward who we truly are. What follows is a direct experience of truth exhilaration, and stress relief .
No belief system is required or expertise in music—just a willingness to focus on the chant.
