Come to Aho for a warm welcome and a hot cacao this christmas for an intimate and personal sharing of Kirtan and create positive sound vibrations that open up space around the throat and heart chakras for healthy release and self expression.
Kirtan is an ancient practice also known as Bhakti yoga and Adam will guide you through an evening sacred chants and prayer.
Along with the beautiful heart medicine of the cacao this will be an opportunity to drop into the heart space melting walls and barriers of are day to day grind. Leaving you feeling uplifted and energetically lighter.
All are welcome no previous experience needed.
Adams spiritual journey started more than 15 years ago starting with meditation and Qi Gong and taken pilgrimages to Peru and working with indigenous shamans in both the mountains and the jungle. A Natural wisdom leader and been involved in Space holding and assisting in various healing and medicine events since.
One of the practices I have connected most with is Bhakti yoga after travelling to south India and dedicated himself to a daily Vedic practice which takes inspiration from the Sanatan Dharma tradition. This practice has inspired me to want to give back to the community.
