Join Patita Pavana of Spirit Soul And Friends® and our dear friend James Long of the First UU Church of San Diego for an evening devoted to warmth, connection, and heart-centered community. Together we’ll share peaceful Mantra Meditation, gentle breathwork, Japa Meditation with beads, thoughtful reflections, ambient music, uplifting KIRTAN, and even a little joyful movement for those who feel inspired.

After Kirtan, we’ll gather for a Vegetarian Potluck—please feel free to bring a favorite veggie dish to share (no eggs, meat, or alcohol).

Instruments will be available, and you’re warmly invited to bring your own drum or other hand instruments and join in. Kirtan is simple, welcoming to all, non-denominational, and always free. It’s a beautiful pathway to inner peace, clarity, and genuine happiness.
