About this Event
KIPP AMP Middle School serves students in grades 5-8 in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn. We are now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 school year!
At KIPP AMP (Always Mentally Prepared), we combine rigorous college-prep academics with award-winning arts and championship athletics. Our diverse approach enables students to develop new skills, discover passions, and build strengths that prepare them for high school, college, and career.
This Open House will take place in person at our campus at 1224 Park Place in Brooklyn.
About us
What makes us special? Our Legacy Jazz Ensemble—featured on the CBS Morning Show—regularly performs throughout NYC alongside professional musicians. Students also shine in dance and visual arts, earning scholarships to Lincoln Center and recognition from the MET and Brooklyn Museum.
Beyond the arts, our students excel in championship sports (basketball, flag football, volleyball) and compete in robotics and science fairs. 100% of our students take 9th-grade level Algebra Regents.
