Kinusaiga is a traditional Japanese art form that transforms fabric into beautifully detailed images, carefully placed into a surface without any sewing.In this calming, hands-on workshop, you’ll create your own Moon Gazing Hare artwork using selection of colourful fabrics. You’re also welcome to bring along your own materials - perfect if you’d like to include something meaningful or personal in your piece.
Guided step by step by your tutor, you’ll learn how to design your template and assemble your artwork, building confidence with the technique as you go. The process is slow, mindful, and deeply satisfying.
Suitable for all abilities, this therapeutic session offers a gentle creative escape and a chance to unwind while making something truly unique.
You can choose to take your finished piece home framed for an additional £10, payable on the day.
All materials will be provided.
