Well I finally got the details worked out.

Here are the specifics.
Are you interested in learning a new craft, having a little fun with other Girl Scout Leaders and having kits to take back to your Troop meeting? Well check this out. We are teaching the art of Kinusaiga which is a fancy way to say painting with fabric. It looks like quilting, but no sewing is required. Then come join us on Sunday November 22nd from 3-5pm @ Calvary Christian Church.
This is not an event for girls, but a way to teach Leaders Kinusaiga so they can take it back to their troops in an adult only environment. The pricing is weird too! The class costs $25 a person to attend. Come hang out, learn a craft, listen to some good music and enjoy with friends.
On top of that we will have a Kit Bar set up where leaders can build Kinusaiga kits to take back to the girls in their troop. The kits cost $10 each. As a bonus we will waive the class fee for one leader if the troop is purchasing 10 or more kits.
I have seen kids as young as 7 doing this craft online. They were working 1:1 with an adult and may have been the exception. I would say Junior Girl Scout+ is a safer bet.
