Please review our detailed cancellation and refund policy below, which is tailored to different event types: Workshops, Classes, Paint & Sips, Art Camps: Minimum Participants: A minimum of 4 participants is required to hold a workshop or class. Cancellation by Us: If we do not reach this minimum, we may contact you one week in advance to encourage additional sign-ups. If the minimum is still not met 48 hours before the event, we will either transfer your registration to another class or issue a full refund. Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your attendance, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled class to receive a credit for a future class. This credit will be valid for use within the next three months. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will not receive a credit or refund. General Notes: How to Cancel: You may cancel your participation via phone, email, or online (social media PM us) Credits: Event credits are issued as a coupon code to be used on future events and expire in three months from date of activation. Cancellation by Us:
If we do not reach this minimum, we may contact you one week in advance to encourage additional sign-ups. If the minimum is still not met 48 hours before the event, we will either transfer your registration to another class or issue a full refund.
Cancellation by You:
