Join us in-person on May 25th at the home of Steve McConnell and Shirley Fiske to learn about, engage with, and support the Kino Border Initiative (KBI). We will have a special address and Q&A with Joanna Williams, KBI executive director.
More about KBI:
Situated along the U.S.- Mexico border in Ambos Nogales, KBI provides critical humanitarian aid and holistic accompaniment to deportees, migrants, and their families.
Since our founding in 2009, and throughout four different U.S. presidencies, we have remained steadfast in our accompaniment of migrants and efforts to educate others about migrant realities and border context. The heart of this work is in our Migrant Outreach Center in Nogales, Mexico where we provide a wide range of services and programming designed to support migrants’ physical, psychological, intellectual, and spiritual well-being.
On May 25th, we look forward to being in Santa Fe to share about our work, migrant realities, and the challenges we're experiencing under a second Trump term. We hope this information inspires you to take action and support this critical work.
