Join us at 2.30, Saturday 28th Feb, at The Barn Kingston CT4 6JB. For our second event of 2026 in this wonderful space.This month we are joined by Ruby Brenner-Hill a talented young singer song writer.

Welcome circle and warm up
An offering of Blue Lotus tea followed by some mindful movement.

Dance
1.5 hours freeflow, non verbal dance journey to a live DJ set. We start slow, and build up to peak high energy movement, and gently slow things down with some grounding tunes.

Closing circle and Social
An opportunity to share and discuss your experiences, feelings and emotions felt during the dance.
After the closing circle we have space to integrate and ground. Maybe grab a hot drink and catch up with fellow dancers before heading home. If you are driving we recommend bringing something to nibble and touching grass before heading off.
