Join us at 2pm, Saturday 30th May at The Barn Kingston CT4 6JB. For mediative movement in this wonderful space.This time around we are Joined by Bruce Aikten who will be bathing us with the healing tones of his gong to end the afternoon.
Gong Baths are a powerful way to gently bring an ecstatic dance journey to a close, offering participants a deeply restorative and grounding experience. After the expressive, high-energy movement of dance, the rich, resonant tones of the gong help calm the nervous system, slow the breath, and guide the body into a state of relaxation and integration. This soothing soundscape supports emotional release, mental clarity, and a sense of inner balance, making it the perfect transition from dynamic movement into stillness. As a closing element, a gong bath leaves participants feeling centered, nourished, and deeply connected—both to themselves and the collective energy of the space.

Get comfortable with the space and say hello to fellow dancers.

An offering of Blue Lotus tea followed by some mindful movement.

Dance
1.5 hours freeflow, non verbal dance journey to a live DJ set. We start slow, and build up to peak high energy movement, and gently slow things down with some grounding tunes.

Closing circle and Social
An opportunity to share and discuss your experiences, feelings and emotions felt during the dance.
After the closing circle we have space to integrate and ground. Maybe grab a hot drink and catch up with fellow dancers before heading home. If you are driving we recommend bringing something to nibble and touching grass before heading off.
