Sound is a fundamental part of survival for every species because our brains are wired to immediately shift in response to sound that will positively impact your mental, physical and spiritual well-being. Leaving you clear , balanced and relaxed . So join us every month and connect with one another through sound. During our well-being hours, there's been a request for a regular drum circle, and Sue is excited to collaborate with us to host this gathering monthly. To sustain these sessions since they're not funded, we've established a tiered pricing structure. If you're able, we kindly ask for a full payment of £10.
