KINGS - Brooklyn: Valentino Pier and Park Cleanup

May 3, 2025 from 10 AM to 1 PM

Join local clean water advocates for a cleanup at Valentino Pier from 10 AM to 1 PM for the 14th Annual Riverkeeper Sweep. This is a rain or shine event.

Volunteers will meet at the flagpole at Louis Valentino, Jr. Park and Pier, at the intersection of Ferris St & Van Dyke St, Brooklyn. Parking is available on the streets surrounding the pier. Leave ample time to find parking as it can be competitive.

We recommend that all Sweep volunteers bring a hat, sunscreen, a full reusable water bottle, insect repellent, work gloves and hand sanitizer.

This site is suitable for elementary-aged children with adult supervision.
