Kings & Queens of Fair Haven 1st Annual Beauty Pageant

Thank you for your interest and participation in the Kings & Queens of Fair Haven Beauty Pageant. This event is designed to celebrate confidence, individuality, kindness, and community involvement while supporting the mission of Fair Haven.
We look forward to providing a positive, family-friendly experience where contestants can build confidence, make memories, and have fun.
AREAS OF COMPETITION
Beauty Wear
Contestants may wear pageant attire or Sunday best. Judges will evaluate overall appearance, proper fit, complementary coloring, confidence, stage presence, and presentation. Music will be provided.
Casual Wear
Contestants will showcase their personal style and personality through age-appropriate casual attire. Music will be provided.
HAIR, MAKEUP & ATTIRE
This is a Semi-Glitz Pageant.
Contestants may choose:
• Hair style of their choice
• Makeup appropriate for age division
• Dress or outfit of their choice
• Spray tans are permitted.
The following are not permitted:
• Flippers (fake teeth)
• Excessive pageant enhancements inconsistent with a semi-glitz format.
EVENT RULES
To ensure a positive experience for everyone:
• Good sportsmanship is expected at all times.
• Respectful behavior is required from contestants and spectators.
• Disruptive behavior or drama will not be tolerated.
• Contestants and guests may only photograph or record their own child unless permission
has been granted by a parent or guardian.
• All attendees are expected to treat one another with kindness and respect.
STAGE TIME
• Beauty Wear and Casual Wear each have a maximum stage time of 90 seconds.
• Contestants are not required to use the entire allotted time.
AGE DIVISIONS
• 0–12 Months
• 13–24 Months
• 2 Years
• 3 Years
• 4 Years
• 5–6 Years
• 7 Years
• 8–9 Years
• 10–12 Years
• 13–15 Years
• 16–19 Years
Each division will have a maximum of eight contestants. Age divisions will not be combined; however, large divisions will be split to allow contestants to maximize awards and opportunities.
AWARDS
Princess Title
Every contestant who does not receive a Queen, King, or Supreme title will receive a Princess or Prince title and be crowned.
Queen/King Title
Awarded to the contestant in each age division who receives the highest overall score and does not receive a Supreme title.

Elite Supreme – Highest Overall Score
Grand Supreme – Second Highest Score
Mini Supreme – Third Highest Score
SIDE AWARDS (Included in Registration Fees)
Each age division will receive the following side awards:
• Best Casual Wear
• Best Hair
• Best Smile
• Beautiful Eyes
PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD
The People’s Choice Award allows contestants to involve family, friends, and community supporters.
Votes are $1 each.
Every contestant who submits at least $60 in votes will be recognized on stage with a crown.
The contestant receiving the highest number of votes will be crowned:
Mr. or Miss Fair Haven People’s Choice
People’s Choice Package Includes:
• Crown

• Director’s Choice Award

HEART OF HUMANITY AWARD
The Heart of Humanity Award recognizes contestants who demonstrate compassion, generosity, and a commitment to helping others.
Contestants may earn points through donations that directly support women and children served by Fair Haven.
Point System:
1 point = $1 value of donated items
Suggested Donations:
• New toys for children
• Diapers
• Baby wipes
• Paper towels
• Restaurant gift cards
• Grocery gift cards
• Women’s self-care items
• Other family-supportive necessities
All donations will benefit families receiving services through Fair Haven.
Heart of Humanity Award Package Includes:
• Crown
• Embroidered Sash
• Trophy
• Robe
The top two contestants with the highest donation point totals will receive the Heart of Humanity Award.
Every contestant donating at least three items will receive special recognition during the pageant.
BOYS DIVISION
Boys are welcome to participate.
Boys will compete in separate divisions and receive their own awards and crowning.
ENTRY FEES
1 Contestant: $85
2 Contestants (same family): $145
3 Contestants (same family): $195
Additional contestants may be added by contacting the pageant staff.
DAY-OF Pageant
Door Optionals will be available. If interested, please come prepared.
There will be a $5.00 admission fee per person.
Every contestant will have free admission and one (1) chaperone. Children three (3) and under are free.
Wristbands will be required for entry.
