Join fellow believers in building a new community in the Twin Cities! Located in New Hope MN, with workouts throughout the week but our main event Saturday mornings from 8:30-10:30am.Here's what we do!:
1. Faith-Motivated, Small Group Workout - Starting at 8:30am
- The Christ-centered element adds that extra boost you need to finally make your health and fitness a priority!
- Includes coaching to ensure you stay encouraged, lift safely, and maximize results.
- Charged with upbeat Bible-music to keep you saturated in the Word and convicted to push yourself.
2. Rich, Intensive Teaching - Starting at 9:30am
- Every teaching is grounded in the Word, with clear, verse-by-verse support for every point—no filler, no opinions. Just what you need to be confident in what you're learning.
- No matter how tough the topic, we create space for live Q&A with the instructor. No one leaves confused or stuck.
- Includes access to a full online library of lessons. You can review, revisit, and stay organized anytime, anywhere. You'll never miss a moment of growth.
