Doctor of Physical Therapy, Cassie Wulfekule, will guide you through easy-to-understand, real-world taping applications that help support soft tissue function, encourage better posture, and assist with managing common aches, pains, and overuse issues. You’ll learn when taping can be helpful, when it shouldn’t be used, and how to apply tape safely and effectively.
