Parent & Child Sound Bathat Kindred Spirits Yoga
$15 per pair
We’re excited to offer a gentle, child-friendly Sound Bath experience designed to help children settle, relax, and feel supported with the soothing sounds.
This session will feature relaxing sounds and a calm, soft, nurturing atmosphere. Children are invited to wear pajamas and bring a favorite blanket, pillow, or plushie to make the experience extra cozy. Some mats and blankets will be available, but familiar comfort items are encouraged.
Each child must attend with a parent or caregiver. Suggested age range 5-11. Exceptions can be made if your child is able to lay still for 30 minutes. The adult will remain with their child throughout the entire session, offering calm presence and support. Snuggling, sitting close, or lying side-by-side is completely welcome.
Important:
To maintain a peaceful and safe environment for everyone:
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising and managing their child during the session.
If a child becomes disruptive or unable to settle, the parent may be asked to step outside the room temporarily.
Children are free to quietly move, adjust, or opt out as needed — but the overall space must remain respectful and calm for all participants.
Our intention is to create a shared experience of comfort and connection — a space where both children and adults can unwind together through gentle sound and presence.
We will allow a short interactive experience with them at the end where they can explore some of our instruments. Parents are encouraged to keep their children still until we have cleared our more fragile instruments
