Kindergarten Readiness Through Mindfulness

Big transitions can bring big feelings! This free, interactive one-hour mindfulness program is designed for children entering kindergarten this September, along with their parents / caregivers.
Through movement, breathing exercises, and calming activities, families will learn simple stress management tools to navigate emotions, ease worries, and build confidence for this exciting milestone. Grown-ups and children will participate side by side in a shared experience of connection and support.
