Kind Mind Circle: Inner Child Healing

This event is open to people of all backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences. Whether you are new to spiritual exploration or have been on this journey for years, this gathering is designed to be inclusive, respectful, and nurturing. Come as you are and find a welcoming community that values the beauty of diversity and unity of spiritual growth.

Theme: Inner child healing through joy and boundaries.

Light Movement: A grounding yoga practice led through playful expression and mind-body connection.

Guided Trance Meditation: Tapping into the depth of our subconscious mind as we explore current and desired perspective, which will support the journey towards actualizing self.

Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, chime, and other instruments. Allow the vibrations to calm your nervous system into a deep state of relaxation, promoting inner harmony and balance.

Journaling Exercise: Through provided journaling prompts, you'll have the opportunity to put practice into greater self-awareness, helping you gain clarity and perspective.

Sharing Circle: Engage in meaningful conversations and connect with like-minded people in a supportive sharing circle. Share your experiences, thoughts, and insights, or simply listen and hold space.

@ Buffalo + Sparrow Yoga Collective: is a trauma focused community studio space for yoga teachers, healers and other practitioners. Their strive to be MORE INCLUSIVE, AWARE, INFORMED AND as SENSITIVE AS POSSIBLE is in exact alignment with the purpose of Kind Mind Mission.
