Grab the whole family and be KIND to your body! Come run/walk with us on September 19th at 5:30PM at the Portneuf Wellness Complex for the Kind Community & Healthy City, USA Family Fun Run. This event is FREE to anyone in the community. We will begin at Pavilion 3. There will be different distances for all ages and abilities. Each participant must sign a liability waiver (parents can sign for their children). More details to come!
