WORKSHOP 1
10:30 - 12:00 | Headstand/Handstand Clinic for Pole and Aerial

Haven't done a handstand since you were little? Quite happy being upside down on a pole or hoop, but the thought of standing on your head still seems scary? Quite happy being upside down, just don't understand how it works?
If any of these are you, then this is the workshop for you! In this 90 minutes we will look at techniques for both headstands and handstands, breaking down the biomechanics of the moves off the equipment and building up confidence, and then taking our new found knowledge onto the pole.
For this workshop you do not need to already be able to do either of these skills, but if you can we will look at ways to improve and progress where you're at!
You do not need to be a poler to attend, although we will be looking at pole based shapes to finish. Therefore it would be helpful if you are a high beginner level in either pole or aerial.

WORKSHOP 2
12:15 - 13:45 | Static Rotations for Pole

Price £30pp or £55 for both workshops
In this 90 minute workshop we will take an in depth look at creating rotation on static pole. From how we grip, to how we use our body to create movement, we will study movement patterns to ensure you fully understand the method to creating movement so smooth everyone thinks the pole is on spin!
For this workshop we would recommend a level of low intermediate or above. You will need to be able to invert and must be comfortable in grounded static spins such as carousel and chair spins. You will also need to very comfortable coming into moves up the pole from a climb. If you are unsure pease contact KPole or Kim directly.
